1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ostrovni.com, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

2. About Us

The website is operated by Ostrovni Hospitality Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14829361. Our registered office address is 42 Kensington High Street, London W8 4PT, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is GB 429 381 672.

Ostrovni is a premium event venue and entertainment hall, providing a range of services including fine dining, venue hire for private and corporate events, and an entertainment lounge operating under the strict regulations of the United Kingdom.

3. Use of the Website

This website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may view, download, and print materials from the website strictly for your own personal use and information, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access any information related to our entertainment lounge or to make use of those specific facilities. By using the website, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You agree not to use the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Account and Registration

If we provide account features that require registration, you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

You are responsible for keeping your password and other account credentials confidential and for restricting access to your computer or device to prevent unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

5. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings for venue hire, dining reservations, and event enquiries submitted via the website are subject to availability and our formal confirmation. Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A binding contract is only formed when you receive written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion. If we cannot accept your booking, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the service requested.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted on our website or provided upon enquiry are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before your booking is confirmed.

Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation, depending on the nature of the reservation. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers for larger corporate bookings. Payment terms will be clearly set out in your booking confirmation invoice.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing to be considered valid. Our standard cancellation policy dictates that cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event or booking date will receive a full refund, minus any reasonable administrative fees incurred by us.

For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the date, a 50% refund of the total booking cost will be issued. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Entertainment Lounge Terms

Entry to the Ostrovni entertainment lounge is strictly restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a passport or driving licence) is required for entry, and our staff adhere to a strict Challenge 25 policy.

The entertainment lounge operates in full compliance with United Kingdom law and under the necessary licensing from the Gambling Commission. Ostrovni reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave the premises at the discretion of the management, particularly in cases of inappropriate behaviour or suspected intoxication.

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. Support and resources are available on-site, and we actively participate in national self-exclusion schemes. If you feel you need assistance, please speak to a member of our management team.

Our total liability in connection with any booking or reservation shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

12. Indemnification
